VINEYARD

The secrets of the vineyard in your glass!

Guided by the belief that nature itself provides the means to safeguard crops from disease, we chose to honor natural fertilization and traditional cultivation, setting aside all chemical interventions. With research as our compass, and drawing upon the wisdom of generations of vine growers alongside the counsel of biologists, the vineyard was shaped in the spirit of tradition—echoing the practices of the early twentieth century. Here, priority is given not to the pursuit of greater yields through artificial means, but to the preservation of authentic quality, born of the soil and nurtured by time.

The yield per stremma ranges from 500 to 700 kilograms.

Because the land was left uncultivated and free from chemicals, the vineyard became a sanctuary where rare herbs, wildflowers, and living organisms endured—each carrying natural antiseptic properties that shield the vines from disease.

The winery embraces twenty-five stremmata of vineyards, graced with varieties such as Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon, Malagouzia, Moschato Bianco, and Mavroudi. A walk among these vines would be enough to convince you of nature’s magic and its generous gifts—treasures that humankind, all too often and without reverence, carelessly destroys.
