ACCOMPANIES: Harmonizes the venison and meats cooked with savoury red sauces. Wash it down with stewed meatballs, lamb in oven, beef ragout and savoury cheeses.

DESCRIPTION: Golden colour with fruity aroma.
TEMPERATURE: 8 — 10 ℃.
ACCOMPANIES: Weds with fatty fish on grill, sea foods, shrimps, ostracea and smoked cheeses.
